Glass is at the heart of Credell’s artistic practice. Its transparency, fragility, and ability to reflect light make it a powerful metaphor for personal growth and transformation.

As a contemporary Black Canadian artist, she reimagines glass not as a symbol of limitation but as a canvas for possibility. Her painted glass artworks explore themes of strength, vulnerability, womanhood, and resilience while inspiring viewers to see beyond perceived barriers.

Through her work, glass becomes:

  • A symbol of transformation

  • A celebration of resilience
  • A platform for empowerment
